This is my first experience with concierge medicine, and wow, what a game changer! Being able to text at all times with your doctor instead of having to chase them for a response or book an appointment to communicate with them has been such a nice change of pace. At my appointment both the nurse practitioner and the doctor greeted me at the front door and saw me right away - no more sitting in a waiting room and getting seen way past your appointment time. They’ll even come to my house. The doctor spent 45 minutes with me, didn’t rush, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Other doctors have so many patients they are trying to rush you through 15 minute appointments. I’ll never go back to the old way. Somerset is the way to go!
