I'm genuinely shocked by how many good reviews there are for this facility. Dr. Jhaveri did not feel like someone who is trauma informed around eating disorders or empathic toward mental health/neurodivergence. I came in with a desire to seek support, which can be very vulnerable for someone who wasn't taught how to listen to, or take proper care of their body growing up. There are so many reasons those important aspects to being healthy can become difficult for people and having Dr. Jhaveri grimace each time I answered honestly about what supplement I take or food I eat or not recalling/specifying every detail etc. is not only just generally rude but creates a space rooted in shame rather than support. If I had known from the beginning that I'd spend $350 to feel completely judged I wouldn't have bothered.

It was a long wait to get in and it was SO worth the wait. I am finally getting my SIBO under control, hormones tested, food sensitivities tested. The antibiotic I needed for SIBO is not easily covered by insurance and they managed to get it 100% covered for me. It’s an amazing feeling to actually fix things versus throwing spaghetti at a wall and hoping for the best. Every time I leave there I have a clear, typed out, plan of action. And if needed, the supplements they carry are priced well. Same price if you were to get them on Amazon.

I now have answers no one else provided. I will continue to visit NaturoMedica. Great patient Doctor visit and communication. I was impressed with the amount of time and attention I received. I am finally starting to feel better!!! Thank you 💕
