The DOC of West loop deserves all the stars! I truly only write reviews for the best businesses because I consider myself pretty picky, holding places to high standards, but especially when it comes to my medical care because of being a nurse. I found The DOC of West Loop because of all the amazing reviews online and they are all 100% right. I was really looking for more natural ways to support my body, and Dr. V and his team have been a total game changer. Dr V is so beyond knowledgeable and professional about his work in helping others and you immediately feel that. It’s honestly always a pleasure walking in. The office is in a perfect location, it’s super clean, brand new, and most importantly, welcoming. The team—Dr. V, Eve, and Monica—are the absolute BEST. They’re so friendly, so accommodating, and they really care about their patients, like we are all family. I’m so grateful to have found them and I would recommend anyone to go see Dr V and his team, you won’t regret it!!

I have been seeing Dr. Vaid for the last year and thoroughly enjoy his holistic approach. He has a comprehensive technique that first involves imaging to help develop a care plan. He uses massage guns and stimming before the adjustment for better results. His sessions are also educational in nature, sharing why he is doing certain adjustments. The new space has ample natural light with private areas for adjustments and another area with tables for stretching. Dr. Vaid is my first choice for chiropractic care in Chicago and I have sought him out at whatever location he is offering services.

Made an appointment for a stiff neck on Saturday for Monday morning as a new patient. The facility is great. All the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. They took their time to understand my specific needs and there was no rushing. I thought I was just getting an adjustment but I first met with a soft tissue therapist named Kim. She worked wonders in my tight muscles. She was extremely informative and attentive to my pains. After the massage I could feel improvement. Then I met with Dr Vaid. Again no rush, very informative and caring provider. I will be continue to get my care here. Not enough nice things to say about this practice. Highly recommended.
