I found a Groupon discount for lip fillers at this location. The ad listed Juvéderm, so I purchased two. After calling the office and getting no answer, I received a text saying, “Sorry we missed your call, how can I help you?” I asked for a call back, but the person who texted wasn’t familiar with the lip filler products they use. She said she’d find out and get back to me. Later, I followed up and was told they use Restylane for lips—a cheaper filler that doesn’t last as long. That was never advertised on the Groupon listing. I asked if there was someone more knowledgeable I could speak with, but never got a response. I decided to visit the location in person. You have to be buzzed in. The woman I met, possibly the physician or nurse practitioner, told me what products they use, but was with a patient and said she’d get back to me after. While waiting, I did some research on Juvéderm Voluma and Restylane. I’ve always used Juviderm Ultra. Voluma is intended for cheeks, not lips, which confirmed this wasn’t what I wanted. Now I’m going through the hassle of requesting a refund through Groupon. Between the poor communication, misleading advertising, and wasted time, I would not recommend this business. I’d rather pay more somewhere that’s transparent about their products, provides accurate information, and values good customer service.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Zayets. I had Juvederm injected into my lips and Botox in my forehead The numbing cream on my lips worked so well that I felt nothing during the procedure. I enjoyed the atmosphere and Dr. Zayets was professional and personable. The swelling is going down on my lips and I am happy with my results. I only wanted a small amount of filler and that's what I got. The doctor listened to what I had to say which I really appreciated. A great experience overall.

The service was good, nice place and friendly staff. However, I didn't give 5 stars because they charged me a $50 deposit upfront. I have always given my card number with the understanding that if I miss my appointment they charge a fee. Which is totally fine but I don't like paying and then waiting several days to get my money back.
