I initially had a great experience with Dr. J. He took the time to have one-on-one conversations with me about how I was feeling and offered recommendations to help me get back to "optimal" health. However, many of those recommendations came with steep price tags—like Vitamin D injections for $600 or daily sermorelin injections that cost over $200 per month. After a while, it started to feel like it was more about selling me treatments than genuinely focusing on my health. During my last visit, I met with a new doctor, Steve. After 3 years of regular appointments (4-5 per year) and blood work every 3 months, Steve mentioned I was on a high dosage and wanted to lower it—not based on my lab results, but based on how much it would cost them to administer the dosage I needed. This practice has shifted from being very personable to feeling like a business focused more on profit than patient care.

From the front desk staff to the nurses and physicians, everyone is professional, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to their patients' well-being. The physicians take the time to listen to concerns, thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options, and create personalized care plans. Appointments are always punctual, and the office environment is clean and welcoming.
