They didn't have someone who knew how to administer the PNOE test so we could get our vo2 max numbers, but they didn't tell us this until we arrived. Seems like this happened because someone quit last minute. They made up for it by giving us a free cryotherapy treatment, so at least they took responsibility for their mistake and made amends. We are from out of town so they didn't have other good options for us since we were leaving the next day.
