I have been working with Rachel since July 2025. I initially reached out to her because she has the specific expertise I was seeking. I need a provider who understands the complex nature of endocrinology (thyroid function) as well as women's hormonal health. Having never worked with a concierge medicine practice before, the style and approach was new and different to me. I love how easy it is to get in touch with Rachel and the Halcyon Health team. I also love how easy it is for me to see Rachel. Because I live in a different part of the state - outside of Las Vegas - I see Rachel via telehealth appointment. She is on her game at every appointment. She takes her time to thoroughly review and explain my labs and answer any and all questions I may have. She listens to my concerns, and works thoughtfully to address areas I need support. I am so grateful to have a provider who knows her stuff, is very smart and accomplished in her field, and who is willing to become a true partner in my health journey. I am excited to continue my relationship with Rachel and Halcyon so I may work toward living my best life as I age gracefully! I wish all my friends were also seeing Rachel! HIGHLY Recommend Halcyon Health / Rachel Bowers - I am finally getting to the root of my female related concerns including weight, thyroid / hormones, etc. I appreciate the exceedingly detailed explanations of items that are barely glazed over at a 'regular' doctor's office. Rachel is insightful, knowledgeable, caring and sincere. I am able to use my Flex Spending funds to pay for my visits, which is also helpful. Though some may not be used to paying out of pocket for health care, every single cent that I pay is well worth my health - which is priceless. I love the flexibility of my appointments - they can be In-Person, via Video or by Phone Call. I feel as though I have concierge care - someone that knows me, remembers my health and is able to provide recommendations from experience while utilizing current technologies. I follow Rachel on Instagram. She has a passion for teaching and mentoring, which is the Number One reason I am a patient for life. In fact, I first learned about her when she came to my job to do a presentation regarding hormones. BOTH MEN AND WOMEN WILL BENEFIT FROM HORMONE BALANCE.

When I first met Rachel for our appointment it was during one of my worst panic attacks ever. She knew something was wrong immediately. Rachel took the time to dive deep into my past and present medical history. We shared alot of tears and laughs. She always listened with kindness and compassion. Once she did appropriate testing we hit the ground running!!! She identified so many critical deficiencies in my brain and body. Rachel monitors me and my levels every step of the way. She reaches out checking in with every necessary medication change. There are no words to express how grateful I am and what a difference the care Rachel has given me makes in my daily life and relationships!
