I loved the program and found that it worked—I lost 23 pounds in 6 weeks. I wasn’t hungry during the process, though I did experience some cramping in my legs and feet. The staff is super nice, and I’d consider joining again. However, I feel that once the fat loss drops are gone, the weight tends to return quickly.
