Essence for Wellness - Functional Medicine

When I first started with Essence for Wellness I had already been under the care of another Integrative medicine practice. I was given direction from them to go on an elimination diet. Almost 6 weeks into the diet I didn’t get much relief from my symptoms so I started under the care of Ed and Luzia Costa at Essence for Wellness. I did a liver cleanse and another 6 week long elimination diet that was more detailed. After taking their advice on my health ands staying strict on the diets my health is pretty well on track and I feel wonderful! Luzia was a god send and gave me such insight on my health and not just food that is medicine. It’s also your mind body and souls health that’s very important to consider as well. I would highly recommend using them Essence for Wellness as your functional medicine practice. They pay great attention to your story and what you want to accomplish and so knowledgeable. They've cared about the specifics of me regaining full well being and total health.
