The first thing that stood out to me was the welcoming message on their website. It resonated with me and I knew this was going to be my new place! I scheduled an appt with Hannah, and upon arrival the atmosphere was clean, inviting, and had a calming zen vibe. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the relaxing view of the nature area during the procedure made my experience feel more like a self-care retreat! Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and incredibly sweet. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. After a botched job somewhere else, Diane was a miracle worker. Very intentional with how she treated, isolating problem areas. She was able to tame my stubborn strong 11 lines. Diane talked about long-term goals for treatment simply, casually and professionally. All the staff are naturally personable. A lovely gift to find!
