I have been working with Dr. Erdahl to address my stubborn insomnia. During the visit I felt heard and we had a great discussion about lifestyle changes. I learned about how I can improve my sleep and I feel empowered. She also ordered some lab work to further assess my insomnia. I'm looking forward to getting some better sleep!
