Eye Street Massage Therapy

Had a gift certificate for a 90-min. sports massage and it was the perfect gift—the office is accessible via the Metro, though I had to call to enter the building, since it was the weekend. The office is simple and relaxing, and I had Edmund for the massage—he was amazing! Professional, welcoming, and helpful. He did well to explain not just what he was doing but why certain muscles were tight, how I might move more effectively, etc. I hadn't expected to learn so much! I feel better, know more, and plan on going back soon.

I had a 60-minute massage scheduled for 10am on a Sunday. When I arrived, the building was still closed and the elevator required a key, so I called and the massage therapist came down right away she was very sweet and explained that she likes to come in early, even though most of the staff don’t arrive until around 1pm. I appreciated that she made the effort to accommodate the earlier time. The space was clean and calming. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had gift cards I wanted to use, and it took about 15 minutes to get them processed in the system. The staff was kind and patient during that process, but because of the delay, the massage didn’t actually start until around 10:25am. The massage itself was excellent very professional, relaxing, and well done. However, it ended at 11:07am, which meant I received about 42 minutes of hands-on time instead of the full 60 minutes I booked. That was a little disappointing, especially since the service was so good I would have loved to enjoy the full session. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back. I just hope next time the full time is honored, as the quality of the massage was truly worth it.

My massage with Tree was amazing! Really professionally run Massage Therapy. Went over all of my body issues and really worked on my hot spots. But also very relaxing with gentle pressure I could tolerate after several back surgeries! Will be back!!!
