Andrew was extremely helpful in assisting us to choose the right recumbent bike for us. We've had the bike for over 2 years and really like using it. We really appreciate the great service and sound advise we received to make the best choice.

I live in a small town in Southwest Colorado. I canceled my gym membership due to feeling uneasy and self conscious. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to have something delivered and set up for me in my home. Then I made the wise decision to call Fitness Gallery. I spoke with a very kind and exceedingly helpful young man named Ryan. Trust me. He went above and beyond to help me and I put him through the wringer with a ton of questions, hesitations, and more questions. Even if I sent him an email on a weekend, he responded quickly. His knowledge of their products and patience were unlike any I have seen in a very, very long time. In fact, I would go so far as to say he restored my faith in customer service and attentiveness. Then, today, two young men pulled up in my driveway after a drive of nearly 5 hours. In around 30 minutes, they had my treadmill set up and ready to use. They were courteous and hard-working. This may sound silly to some, but I even noticed how straight they installed the floor mat and the treadmill in my office. I’m very much a person that likes to have things neat and orderly and I could not have done it better myself. So today, I have the privilege and the pleasure of reading my owners manual and finally having a treadmill in my home with which to improve my health and well-being. No more dreading the gym because of how many people will be judging me for my size and lack of physical fitness. No more embarrassment. I can focus on what matters most. My health. The ability to do so is all due to Fitness Gallery and the helpfulness of Ryan Greer!

We have purchased multiple sets of equipment at this location. They are great to work with and stand by their products. If we've ever had any kind of questions about the equipment, they are always fast to get back and will send someone out to make sure things are set up correctly and that there are no issues!
