I absolutely love this place. The owner and staff are super friendly, always greeting you with a smile and actually get to know you on a personal level. Building a relationship with all these friendly people makes me comfortable and ensures that I know I’m being taken care of properly with all my needs. It’s truly evident that each staff members cares about us, and loves what they do. They are also super accommodating if you need to change an appointment, and are always able to assist if you have further inquiries about your treatment. Compared to other establishments that have assisted me with my hormones, Identity Hormones and Healthcare stands alone as the best and I know I’m here to stay.

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with upbeat spirits, positivity, and professionalism. The staff here is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients! The facility is super cute and CLEAN. I love this place and everyone who works here!

They take such good care of me here. You can tell everyone genuinely cares about what they do and how much passion they have for what they do. I always feel super safe and comfortable. My visit to Identity is the highlight of my week usually :)
