Ideal Protein is a medically sound program but adding that with people who care and hold you accountable makes it a life changing event! If you are all all hesitant - call and just talk to them - it will be the best decision you ever make!

Ideal Weight Loss of San Antonio has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. It was recommended by a trusted physician who has personally been through the program. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. My coach, Jennifer is incredibly patient and encouraging. She is literally available any time for questions and encouragement.
