Overall Rating: 7/10 This was my first visit to this spa, and while the experience was decent, I didn’t feel it matched the value for the price. I’ve been receiving Diamond Facials for about two years at a medical spa in the suburbs, so I have a good sense of what to expect from the service. The facial itself was satisfactory but not exceptional. My aesthetician was pleasant, but a significant portion of the session was spent promoting products and additional services, which detracted from the relaxation experience. Additionally, the receptionist entered the room mid-session to speak with the aesthetician, something that felt unprofessional. Regarding the spa environment, the space felt bright and sterile, and the loft-style rooms allowed noise to travel easily, making it difficult to fully relax. For the price point, I would also expect a more welcoming touch, such as offering clients a beverage upon arrival. Also a minor detail, but worth noting—the blanket provided was quite short, and as a taller person, my feet were uncovered throughout the treatment. Lastly, as a first-time client, I was unaware of the weekday promotion offering $50 off all facials between 12–3 p.m. My appointment was booked for 11:30 a.m., and no one mentioned this special, even though later time slots were available. It would be beneficial for the spa to proactively share such offers with new clients to enhance customer satisfaction and trust. In closing, while there were several aspects that could be improved—from professionalism to overall guest experience—I do believe the spa has potential. With more attention to client comfort, communication, and small thoughtful touches, it could become a place I’d consider returning to.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa! Olga was absolutely amazing — she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly, helped calm any fears I had about the procedure, and her professionalism truly put me at ease. The treatment itself went smoothly, and she provided incredibly helpful post-care instructions that made me feel confident about my results. I highly recommend both the spa and Olga. I’ll definitely be returning!
