This program is so easy to follow, Kathy went over everything with me and she is available around the clock if I have any questions. The snacks are yummy and the plan is super easy to follow. I have always had such a hard time losing weight, trying all the fad diets and working out left me feeling exhausted with no results. I have already lost 10 pounds with Kathy's help in such a short amount of time. I cannot recommend her enough!!
