48 year old 350lb 6’1”. This actually works. I follow the plan most of the week and I have one or two cheats on the weekend with family and I’ve still managed to lose 35lbs in a month and a half. Health Coach Alex is very helpful and the app is very good. It can scan UPC and auto fill and it knows 99.9% of what I’ve scanned. Be sure to familiarize the “favorite” functions. Theres a lot of delicious meals included that’s become favorites of my non dieting family like the butternut chili and the tomato soup. I’ve slimmed up and gone down one clothes size. The first week is the hardest but after that it’s smooth sailing and you can find what you’re allergic to much easier. Also the drops do work. I thought it was a placebo but after checking on the ingredients and feeling the results, they definently work.
