Mindful Bodywork Sanctuary

I can’t say enough good things about Jarda and his work! I have been going to Triple Gem for a couple of years and my expectations are exceeded every time. Jarda is prompt and professional. The bodywork is exceptional (and I have tried A LOT of practitioners). He has honed his skills and continues to learn & implement new skills. Since I found Triple Gem, I no longer waste my money going to mediocre massage services… this is the place!!! Not only is this the best bodywork in town, he provides other services that are out of this world.

I see Jarda two three times a month because of the benefits to my body/health. After chemotherapy and surgeries years ago, my bones and muscles from scaring were terribly affected. His body work has contributed to my bone density improving significantly along with my flexibility and mobility. His knowledge of the body and bone structure is extensive. Whether you need deep body work or want to relax and calm your nervous system, Jarda is incredible. You won’t regret it.

If you are in a profession that takes a toll on your neck, back, and body - Jarda is the guy you want to go see. He is beyond skilled in what he does, and each appointment is fine tuned to what you need. He is a kind human and a wonderful spirit to be around. Cannot recommend enough! As a dental hygienist - I am not sure I would be able to handle work without his bi-weekly appointments!
