When you are lucky enough to have him as your doctor you will not only get a through and complete appointment but is interested in making sure if you received the support from that appt and what else you would like to address as concerns. He loves what he does and it shows through his sincerity and compassion

Had my first video appointment with Dr. Yep for weight management. He was really helpful and took the time to explain things clearly. The video format was convenient, and he made it feel just as personal as an in-office visit. He listened to my concerns and provided educational information that makes sense for my situation. Looking forward to working with him on this journey!

Their system is TERRIBLE! I'm supposed to upload this file every month yet they supply me with NO METHOD to get the file to them... and the only DIRECT EMAIL they send me is so I can give them a REVIEW on Google!!! But for any actual Contact??? I basically get the "GO POUND SAND" treatment. It would be difficult to design a more screwed up system!
