Dr Magda, Always shows her concern for her patient’s wellbeing

Today was my first time at the Ascension Medical Weight Loss Solution located at St Joseph Hospital, Chicago. From the moment I went in I was greeted by a friendly clerk, Anna. She was very helpful in explaining the paperwork and was very patient with me. Minutes later the medical assistant, Ignacio V., took me in and did the preliminary laboratory tests and examination. He was very thorough and explained every procedure one step at a time. I was really nervous but Ignacio really made me feel at ease. He even made several jokes to make me laugh and that really made me feel comfortable. When he gave me instructions on how to self medicate myself, he made sure that I was confident and he answered all my questions. Ignacio gave me the confidence I needed & I will forever be grateful for that. He made my day! The nurse practitioner, Magda T. was great. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She provided me with all my options and took her time to explain all my options. Then the dietitian, Kathleen, came in and helped me choose a plan that is best for me. She explained all my options and was very understanding. If I can give the whole staff at this facility a rating it would be more than 5 stars + + + because my overall experience was quality, care, and excellence in service. Thank you for making my experience unforgettable. You have given me the motivation and encouragement I need in this journey. Keep up the great work!

Started in August here and have been inspired by the completeness of this program. The continuing support of the entire process has been exceptional. Every aspect of the health journey that weigh loss is has been addressed. Physical, mental, environmental, struggles, and goal setting etc. They have every resources for aspect of the puzzle. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and supportive.
