Azzolino Chiropractic Neurology & Integrative Wellness

I began seeing Dr. Azzolino in 1997 for severe migraines, which he helped cure and he has been my number ONE doctor since then, along with members of family. Dr. Azzolino is a genius level healer and caretaker of the entire body and its complexities. I am a professional active dancer/choreographer and he has helped me with injuries, a severe concussion and a myriad of issues that arise in the body. I cannot recommend him more highly. His Brain Clinic is a marvel of innovative treatment, his ability to diagnose and correct problems that go unnoticed or untreated by medical doctors is why I continue to see him before anyone else, though I do not live in the Bay Area now. I recently sent him a dance student who suffered multiple concussions, was in pain, and he discovered a fracture in her neck that had gone unnoticed by her own doctors. 28 years of absolute care and treatment and at my age of 65, I am still performing, teaching and dancing and he played an important part in that. I would travel cross-country to see him and I am very grateful to him and his marvelous staff.

I came to the Azzolino Clinic in late August of 2024 to see Dr. Tortorice. I wanted a Primary Care doctor with whom I could discuss ALL of my treatments, conventional and integrative; who would actually be able to partner with me. I found so much more than I expected. I was preoccupied with present symptoms and he screened for issues that come with getting older and opened my eyes to the importance of taking action now and being proactive regarding potential problems that come with aging or for which I may have increased risk. He also pointed out that Dr. Azzolino should take a look at my lower back troubles. I did an initial assessment with Dr. Azzolino and that very day he was able to tell me what was wrong with my back and also my brain, and what would happen if I did not intervene. His assessments are objective - there is actual observable data driving the process; this enables one to also track progress. I did therapy twice a week for the last three months of 2024 and added Dr. Ghassemi for strength and conditioning work done mostly at home and I am blown away by the results. For five years, every step I took unaided was somewhere between uncomfortable and utterly miserable. I moved around my kitchen like a large ship in a small harbor; everything done slowly because sudden movement was impossible. Within two weeks of starting therapy I found myself in the front yard with the dog, walking in circles around my driveway because it felt SO GOOD to walk! I see my scores going up and up on the clinic therapy equipment; I feel new strength and support from within my body for my lower back; I can stand and sit so much straighter and my stride is almost normal now, where it previously looked aged and impaired. I move around my house and kitchen much more quickly, no longer hesitating to go to another room or upstairs for something. I see the progress as I go, and while I have a long way to go yet, it is extremely exciting to see what is possible and my quality of life is so much better. I had no idea this was possible and I am so very grateful for this clinic. Everyone at the Azzolino clinic is engaged, kind, encouraging, and very good at what they do. They work hard to keep patients busy every second they are there; there is very little waiting around time. They work hard to be able to provide flexible scheduling and when I reach out with a problem they are always there offering help. You can bring your true self and be met with understanding and actual measurable help. I wish I had done this a long time ago.

We are so grateful for the Azzolino clinic. From the time you walk in to when you leave, you’re in great hands. Our son has been going for a month now - he has special needs and we have seen a complete change in him! He is trying to talk for the 1st time, his posture/gate pattern has been 100000000% better! He caught his first baseball! As parents you want the best for your child and this is undoubtedly the best therapy we have had. After 9 years of trying everything we are finally seeing results. Dr. Sergio & Dr. Reza are so thorough with health history and taking all of the tests you normally don’t get at standard care hospitals. We are so grateful for this whole team and highly recommend.
