Dr. Grochowsky integrates traditional western medicine with growing non traditional holistic medicine. The results are amazing. She has helped me so much. I feel so much better. She is caring and understanding. Really knows me not only as a patient, but as a person and has a true interest in me. Plus the office is very cozy and makes you feel that you are not at a cold waiting room. The staff is caring and efficient.

I originally waited over a month to see Dr. Sabina because I needed a referral to a GI specialist. My appointment itself was rushed but fine — the doctor mostly wanted labs, which I did — but the real problem has been the front desk. The young receptionist at this office is hands-down the rudest and most unprofessional staff member I’ve ever dealt with. She lied to me multiple times, telling me she had emailed my referral (she didn’t), and even claimed she was faxing it to my GI doctor “while we were on the phone” — which never happened. I called back several times over multiple days trying to get this handled, but she kept giving me the same excuses and attitude. This isn’t just about bad customer service — my GI symptoms were getting worse, and I had already been hospitalized months earlier, which made the referral urgent. Instead of helping, the receptionist acted like my situation didn’t matter, lied repeatedly, and treated me with zero respect. It’s unacceptable for a medical office to have a front desk that is this careless and dismissive toward patients who are already in vulnerable situations. If you’re considering this office, just know that dealing with the staff — especially the receptionist — may be the biggest obstacle to actually getting the care you need.

Dr Grochowski is a one-in-a million doctor. She takes on a holistic approach and does not give up. She always goes above and beyond to find the right treatment for the illness and individual patient. I have visited plenty of doctors for my complex condition, and she is the only one who has put me on the right treatment plan, with zero long term side effects and with great results. She has an excellent bed side manner, calling to make sure a patient is doing well after starting a new treatment plan or when someone is sick. For any of the negative reviews you read that they aren't "feeling better," consider that a lot of people don't take her recommendations seriously and don't put in the extra effort to make their health a priority. Instead they expect a magic prescription to fix everything overnight. Remember that Dr Grochowski takes an unconventional holistic approach, and even though her recommendations may not make sense to you, she's the expert and there's a reason and science for it all! Or for those that complain there's a long wait, that's usually not the case from my experience going 9+ yrs. But if there is a little wait, remember that she is not your personal doctor dedicating 100% of her schedule to one person, instead she is trying to share her expert medical advice to as many patients as she can. Also be mindful that she maybe had to squeeze one or two patients because they are sick with an urgent medical condition, so if you were sick I think you'd like to be seen by a doctor ASAP not weeks/months out like most doctors these days.
