Zen Attitude Acupuncture

I had severe sciatica pain and Zen Attitude was recommended and wow they were right. Dan was super personable and professional during our initial visit and treatment. He has a fantastic touch and really know his craft. Needle setting was done with minimal pain and he checked in constantly while placing needles. His follow up with how to keep my recovery moving forward was great. Recommendation for PT near by, dos and donts and range of motion exercises have been a great help. We are now working on the underlying injury. The waiting area is nice and all the staff are fantastic- nice and professional! No notes, this is the place for healing or just easing stress.

This was a really great experience. I’ve done acupuncture with 2 other practitioners here in Seattle, and I enjoyed this one the most. He used the tuning forks and really placed the needles well, but the real test came when it was bedtime— and it worked— I was able to sleep like an angel 😇 instead of the normal insomnia at 2/3 am. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

My first time doing acupuncture, and it was an amazing experience! The intake process was very thorough and considerate, the staff were respectful and calming, I really loved the intentionally toned down session to introduce me to the procedure and not overwhelm my system, the tuning fork energy work was sublime, and aesthetically their office is super cute and relaxing!! I will definitely be going back for more sessions! (I received a free 1st session in exchange for making a review, however no stipulations to the content of my review had been applied, which I really appreciated and speaks to the confidence they have in their services imo) 🎀
