Dominate Your Game (DYG) has enabled me to live the way I never thought I could. I feel & look better than ever, which being in my 50s is saying something! I decided to try their program last August when I was looking for ways to improve my health. I had been working on things on my own for several years prior (medical weight loss & nutrition), but after initial significant weight loss, the pounds were starting to creep back on. I also met with other providers to get my hormones on track & investigate/resolve some lingering medical issues that were nagging at me. The DYG team helped me understand my body better, created personalized exercise & eating plans that were easy to follow, yielded results quickly & made me want to keep going. I'd always had ideas what to do, but seemed to miss the piece where I had a plan that I could consistently follow & be motivated to maintain. Their program has kept me going - DYG's constant support, check-ins & adapting program to evolve with my needs made me not only a true believer, but a brand new person!
