I attended one of the wellness sauna classes here, and it was such a vibe! I connected with everything about the experience. My husband and I would definitely consider a membership if we lived closer. Even though I’m not a member, I can see how great the facility is, especially with offerings like sound bed, cold plunges, Iv lounge and guided meditations. I will definitely be coming back for more classes, and if you have the chance, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Such a SCAM! I came here on an Austin trip and found this place on TikTok. After heavily convincing my partner to come, we drove from 45 min away. I’m a big spa FANATIC and love exploring new places. PRIOR to booking, I called Kuya to confirm the tours that were supposed to come with a free day pass of sauna and cold plunges to try. The front desk gentleman on the phone CONFIRMED the complimentary day passes with tour and so we went. I mentioned we’re from Houston and may want to come up every month since some work is around here in Austin. After tour, the agent Jordan asked if we were from Houston for clarity and told us about the packages they offered. She stated there was no day passes and needed to pay $35 pp to use sauna and plunge, instead of $65 pp. I told her that I called earlier today and she stated “no. Maybe a year ago, we offered it but not now” I felt like they told me anything to come by and then try to sell us up. Not a place I’d want to spend money on if they were to lie to clients just to have them come from afar.

My recent experience at Kuya was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. A special shout-out to Sam, my registered nurse, who was simply amazing. She walked me through all the health benefits in a way that was easy to understand, making me feel completely comfortable and informed. Her expertise and kind demeanor made a huge difference. And I can't forget the twins at the front, Alissa and Alexa. They were so nice and helpful, guiding me on the benefits of the IV sessions and even squeezing me in for a last-minute appointment. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The entire team at Kuya made me feel so well taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care and service.
