Total Men's Primary Care - Addison

It’s like an oil change for health care. Except they waste an hour of your time and then refer you out for the oil. I came in. Waited a normal amount of time. Saw the doctor. Seems like a good guy. But when I said “I’m here for medication management. I just need refills of [insert non-habit forming generic drugs]. They have worked in the past. They are not abusable drugs”, I expect a PCP to prescribe those. Don’t tell me in the 2 minutes we talked that I need to set up another appointment to get my meds. Note most of the positive reviews are for Covid testing or physicals and not primary care. I’m giving three stars because the staff is very nice.

I had a great experience at Total Men’s Primary Care on my first visit(annual checkup). The waiting area was very nice and comfortable, and I was called back right on time for my appointment. My PCP took the time to really listen and address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing as well…so patient, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care and great service!

I’ve always had a great experience with Total Men’s Primary Care. Making an appointment on line is easy and user friendly. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The doctor staff invests the time to get to know me and is genuinely interested in my health care.
