Review of Women in Aesthetics Leadership Conference WALC: Attending the Women in Aesthetic Leadership Conference was an incredible experience! The event was inspiring, empowering, and filled with valuable insight from some of the most influential women in the industry. Every session offered something meaningful, from leadership development and business growth to personal wellness and balance. The networking opportunities were equally impactful. Connecting with other women who share the same passion for aesthetics and leadership was both motivating and uplifting. I left feeling recharged, supported, and excited to bring new ideas back to my team. I was able to attend AmSpa 2025 with my entire team. It was such an amazing weekend for all of us! As the owner I was able to take classes focused on business and management whereas my nurses could learn about the newest techniques and procedures. Even our Estheticians had a great time learning about new technologies and skincare! The Medical Spa show really is the BEST all around event for an established MedSpa or an up and coming MedSpa!
