NOT ENOUGH STARS!! 5 stars isn’t even enough to say thank you!! I hadn’t been feeling like my normal self and needed answers about what was going on with my body. As a lady of a certain age, I knew it was time to take my health seriously, but let’s be honest—these things can feel a little intimidating. Thankfully, I had met Miss Williams, a kind staff member of the office, who made me feel welcome and reassured me that I was in the right place. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness. The office is clean, professional, and so welcoming, and the staff made sure I never felt embarrassed or alone in this process. They helped me understand that what I was experiencing was normal, but also that I didn’t have to just “deal with it.” They’re committed to helping women age with beauty, grace, health, and wellness—and that made all the difference. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and I’m especially grateful for Miss Williams. If you’re on the fence about going, take this as your sign—you deserve to feel your best!

I consistently have had issues with my current provider Ashley Rose when it comes to getting my prescriptions filled on time. I have been with this clinic for several years and love the front desk staff as they have always been so helpful and pleasant. However, this review comes with a one star as I have about had it with my HRT provider and the lack of customer/client service with the on site providers. She did not send in the refill after my last appointment- lab work and then telehealth as she stated she would. So I call the clinic because I cannot ever get ahold of Ashley. They were so nice but had to forward me to her receptionist to make an appointment with Ashley that costs $40!!! So I’m being penalized for her not doing her job? Not just financially penalized but my health as well?! Last time it was me not getting another medication on time and I was going out of town. So not only was I almost out BEFORE the trip but was left with no medication and did not get my fill until after my return. I had to call them two or three times! It has gotten to the point where it is such a hassle trying to contact her but also to make sure she’s following through on her end. And she just isn’t. I got NO call back today when I was forwarded to the receptionist and went to voicemail. I left a message and no return call and I have one pill left. This is NOT OK! I literally cannot function without HRT. It has been a blessing for my physical and mental well being getting treated, however I cannot deal with Ashley’s lack of professionalism and laissez-faire attitude when it comes to getting my refills in a timely manner. So I have switched to a different HRT clinic the same day and guess what- she immediately sent in a 90 day supply. I was immediately taken care of. Not given the runaround with the synergenx providers on site or with Ashley. The onsite providers are NEVER helpful and one of them was extremely rude to me over the phone when I was calling for help two months ago. MULTIPLE times I have had to ask when my medication will be filled or call because it was never sent to begin with. Y’all need to revamp your providers customer service. I will not be recommending yall for women’s health.

Passed by to see what things were about- Alexis Cook was so warm and welcoming - I’m definitely going back! They seemed very professional too..
