I’ve been visiting Dr. Guo’s clinic for several years, mainly for anti-aging skincare, and always have a great experience. Jenny is my go to person—she’s professional, passionate, and caring. Whenever I have a skin concern, Dr. Guo and Jenny always provide the right solution. The clinic is newly renovated—clean, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology. I also appreciate that the staff try new treatments themselves, so they can share real feedback. For every treatment, they provide clear pre- and post-care tips, which really help maximize the results. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

I was recommended to this skin treatment clinic by several friends who had heard they had “the most experience” in town, so I came in with high expectations. I’ve had several treatments here, and unfortunately, each one came with issues. My lip filler results were uneven and didn’t look right, which was disappointing and stressful. After my Ultherapy session, I experienced a pretty strong headache that I wasn’t expecting. During my Thermage treatment, there were several machine malfunctions that interrupted the session and made the whole experience feel disorganized. The last straw for me was the Rejuran skin booster. The syringes were leaking fluid during the procedure, and the esthetician performing it was new. I understand everyone needs to learn, but between the leakage, the technique, and the overall lack of confidence I felt from the process, I realized this clinic just isn’t the right place for me. Although the clinic advertises having extremely experienced master estheticians, the estheticians I interacted with did not seem as knowledgeable or skilled as I expected especially considering the significantly higher cost compared to other clinics offering the same treatments. Based on the results I saw and the overall experience, I genuinely feel I could go somewhere with more consistent experience and reliability, and often at a lower cost. If you absolutely need a doctor on-site for medical evaluation or diagnosis, then yes, this clinic might make sense. However, in my personal experience, the doctor seemed more focused on recommending treatments than on understanding what I actually needed. I also felt uncomfortable during one interaction where the doctor overheard a conversation I was having with the front desk and abruptly chimed in from his office about booking a treatment I wasn’t even sure I wanted. He offered me lower cost than advertised because I mentioned I’m booking it with a different clinic later because it’s cheaper. The whole situation felt unprofessional and high-pressure. Another thing that bothered me was the strong emphasis on generating positive reviews. Several clients were encouraged to write “great reviews” in exchange for discounts, and some were even told to use ChatGPT to make it easier. To me, this raises questions about how reflective those glowing ratings truly are. I’m sharing this because I would have appreciated hearing honest feedback before committing to multiple treatments. I hope it helps someone else make a more informed decision.
