BP Royal Medspa

Being brand new to facial treatments and medspas in general, this was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had here in Vegas. I highly recommend BP Royal Medspa if you’re getting a facial or any other treatment. I left with the best hydrated skin and a smile on my face. Will definitely be going back :)

BP is amazing! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and even sent a few friends and family their way. Barbie is not only knowledgeable and honest, but her and the staff are always so kind. Unlike a lot of other places in Vegas she will never let anyone leave botched! Definitely recommend coming here if you want the best all around service.

So I did attend an event my girl invited me to here at this med spa!!it was a free event that gave raffles and free appetizers drinks, etc. for new people wanting to get some work done at this particular location. I was so grateful for an invite ..I did attend an event my girl invited me to, I was so grateful I won a free facial. I scheduled my appointment and everything was great… I had to go out of town, unfortunately on the day it was scheduled so I tried numerous times to reschedule the appointment For the free facial I won..…. Unfortunately, the staff were only concerned with scheduling me for Botox. Nobody rescheduled me for my hydrating facial. I then got fed up and just said cancel everything. I am not interested at all. You have no interest in providing the free facial that I won fair and Square at your event .. that was very frustrating. I was super excited because it was going to be my first facial experience and unfortunately because the staff was rude and unprofessional and decided not to reschedule my appointment. I never got to go !!!!had to share.!!!!
