Health Exchange Concierge Medicine

This is my favorite business and I talk about it to everyone who will listen. They are a modern medical practice that actually cares about their patients. I pay a monthly membership fee which covers me for any visits I may need as well as my med reviews. Erik is a fantastic provider. He takes so much time genuinely asking me questions about my health and routines to offer the right kind of insights to my specific medical needs. I started with this practice about a year ago and I can honestly say I am in the best physical and mental health of my life because of the changes I have made based off of their recommendations. They are not pushy, they do not try to sell me their specific products and they are aware that I don’t have regular insurance to help pay so they are conscious not to test me for labs and things that I do not need. The staff is friendly and patient. I have never had a physician take so much time asking me questions and actually LISTENING to what I say. This place is doing it the right way!

This place saved my life! Several of my levels were in the tank and thanks to Dr. Patel being attentive detailed and patient with me we did testing and I found out so much about myself! Knowing what’s going on in your body is truly a game changer! We did several tests that I never would have gotten with my regular doctor. Also being able to actually sit down with her and go over test results and not feel rushed was amazing! The whole staff is amazing and honorable mention to nurse Leigh she’s such a sweetheart! Thank you all for everything and we will continue to send as many people as possible!

Best thing my family ever did for our health was signing up with Health Exchange! This is TRUE healthcare- the way it is supposed to be. I am a Registered Nurse, and have been so disappointed in the direction that traditional healthcare is going, so finding Erik, Kristen and their whole team was a God send -truly! No longer are you constrained to the 15 minute appointments your provider has for you - no time to talk or critically think. You get 75 minutes for your first visit and 20-60min for follow ups depending on your need. I can’t say more good things about them! Just give it a chance and you won’t regret it!
