My experience with Valhalla Wellness, Dr. Yamane and his staff has been wonderful and life changing! Their expertise, guidance and caring support was key in my determination to be able to reverse my type 2 diabetes and look forward to a healthier and fuller future.

In 2024 I was so sick from autoimmune issues, a persistent antibiotic resistant UTI and then COVID. After many unsuccessful attempts by my PCP, rheumatologist and urologist to treat the symptoms I was experiencing, I wanted to heal my body. Valhalla showed me the way. Today, after only 4 months of treatment with Dr. Yamane, Dr. Priscila and nutritionist, Wendy Nickell. I am feeling so much better. I have nourished my body with nutrient dense food, eliminated toxins, and supported my cells with necessary supplements. Lifestyle changes are also part of my healing journey. I’m exercising regularly, meditating and many other practices have been beneficial. The guidance and support is invaluable. These changes have taken a lot of effort for sure. I’m 73 years old and am healthier than ever and plan to continue caring for myself as Valhalla has shown me.

I have to give Valhalla and Dr. Yamane a huge thanks, the program that was tailored to my needs has really made a huge impact in such a short amount of time. When I started I was 405lbs and my blood work showed my A1C was 6.7 and I had non alcoholic fatty liver. Being told I had become a type 2 diabetic hit me hard as I was in denial on how bad I had become. Me not wanting to be put on the typical metformin regiment and I refuse to take Ozempic or Mounjaro I came here to make a game plan. I come from good stock and despite my weight I have always been able to move and get around fairly easily, but the slow decline finally crept up on me and no matter what I did I still gained weight. The game plan that Dr. Yamane put me has really helped me change my relationship with food and change my whole concept of diet and nutrition. I’m still going through my program I’m about 4 months in and so far have lost 80lbs and my A1C dropped a whole point to 5.7, and my liver has repaired it self considerably. I’m excited to update this review once I’m done with my program with my total weight lost. Definitely recommend Valhalla to those who need help turning their health around, The Doctors and staff are wonderful.
