The ladies at MWLC- Beverly, Sarah, Connie, Nancy and Mary Ann Are all wonderful ladies and helped me so much with my health journey!!! They are encouraging, enthusiastic, and down to earth people! The Meal plans are great! I did so well my son joined and he is also doing fantastic! The staff continue to be incredibly supportive and continue to help me stay motivated regarding my journey. I have lost over 100 pounds and continue to loose weight and I'm the healthiest I have ever been in my life. This is all thanks to the staff and personalized plan they helped me to stay on track with. I highly recommend this place, the staff is wonderful and helpful with your weight loss journey. They do not judge you when you fall off plan. They help you get back on track. This is a weight loss program but it also a program to teach you to manage your weight loss with everyday life which we all live. They also show you how to eat your favorites while maintaining your weight loss.
