Her professionalism and genuine care made a wonderful first impression! Upon arrival, I immediately felt welcomed. The lobby is inviting, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The lush green wall and living plants reflect the vibrancy and wellness values Protea promotes. I established care with Dr. Michele Gliniecki, whose expertise and compassionate approach stood out immediately. Her training in nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and integrative therapies provides a truly personalized approach to root-cause healing. I appreciated how she took time to understand my health goals and craft an individualized plan to support long-term metabolic and hormonal balance. I also pre-booked an IV treatment with Dr. Daniel Clark. Dr Clark specializes in regenerative medicine and pain management. His calm and knowledgeable manner made the entire process comfortable and restorative. Protea’s innovative IV treatments offer a convenient and effective way to replenish essential nutrients, hydrate the body, and enhance the immune system. Another standout feature is Protea’s on-site Medicinary, offering convenient in-house pickup for trusted supplements and prescriptions. Protea Medical Center is a treasure. Every staff person I interacted with was kind and caring. The atmosphere was calm and reassuring. Dr. Warren listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions, and did not rush the appointment. I am happy to have found this level of knowledge, professionalism, competence, and compassion at a medical practice. I encourage you to make an appointment and see for yourself. I love the benefits and the doctors. They are really a step above the medical community. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because of the timing of the testosterone shots and re-engaging with the Dr. every six months. I’m not sure why they can never get that part right but they are 45 minutes away from my home And they can never align my shots with the Timing of my last appointment. So every six months I have to go down there twice once to get more shots and once for my appointment. It would be so easy to go down there just one time, but they could never manage to do it correctly. When asked if they could just send it to me. The receptionist said they could, but it will cost a lot of money to do that. They didn’t offer any relief for their continued miss connection with the shots and the appointment.
