I haven't had anything but bad experiences with this company since I started. Started out with not being able to get in touch with them after being referred by my medical doctor. Finally got in touch with them and got setup on there program. Had my labs completed by my medical doctor then nothing. Called to check on status of my medication and they said they didn't have labs and also stated I wasn't set up on there program. I was set up on there program and had paid my money that was due. After checking, Ashley realized that I was setup on program. She said that they were waiting on labs. I told her they have been completed for quite some time and she should already have them. She was then suppose to reach out to my doctor to get labs. I waited another several weeks and nothing. Another call to Ashley and she stated that the doctors office hadn't responded. During this time no phone call from Ashley stating that the doctors office isn't responding. I got in touch with the doctors office who said they hadn't received anything from Infinity Functional Performance. I then got my labs and had them sent over. Was set up on a zoom appointment stating there is no in person visit. Was given a website but wasn't told that there would be no phone call prior to zoom appointment. Missed two zoom appointments because I was waiting on a confirmation phone call at time of appointment. Was told by Ashley that I was going to be charge an additional 50.00. I requested to be contacted by the Doctor. Still no response.

My great experience started when I called IFP and Ashley answered the phone. She was amazing helping answering all questions and pointing me in the right direction. I had my appointment with Glen today and he truly knows what I needed and educated me on what to do to stay healthy and get the best results on my program. Finally Rosie at the facility drew my labs and she was amazing with no pain on discomfort. Thank you Neal Senn
