The staff and doctor at O’Connor Health Center are very professional and friendly. I was able to lose 34 pounds in 9 weeks. And it was easy. I wasn’t hungry at all. That a first for me. Every other program I have been on was hard because of me being hungry. Plus I was able to get off the Metformin I was one because my blood glucose went to normal and has stayed normal for over 3 years. This program is very healthy for me and others I have talked to. I recommend it highly.

I went through a lot of weight loss programs. Most short term results and long term gaining the weight back. When I did the O’Connor Health Center’s program it was completely different. First, it was easy. Second, I saw results right away. Third, I didn’t want to have medications, surgeries or anything that might harm my health. I lost 32 pounds in 10 weeks.
