I love this program! My only regret is that I didn't start sooner but perhaps it wasn't the right time. It is the right time now and I am very grateful. The structure works for me and the food is really good! My coach Stephanie is fantastic! She is very helpful and not judgmental in any way. She gives me honest feedback when I ask about different meals and I appreciate that! She answers any questions that I have throughout the week promptly. I also stopped in on a Saturday (grocery shopping) and the woman working that day was extremely helpful. Even though my visit wasn't planned and the store was a little busy, she took time out to talk to me. She even took my husband and I to the back to show us the red light therapy room and explain it to us. I hope one day when I reach my goal I can become a coach and help others!! The food is great as I have found only 1 thing I did not like so far. My coach is Sharon and she is engaged in my weight loss plan in all aspects whether I am struggling or not. I have tried many other things over the years to lose weight and this is by far the most successful i have been. The clinic hours are great for anyone's hours. I would recommend this office and the plan to anyone.

I have always had tough time finding ways to eat the right food, being vegetarian I always gravitated towards carbs. Working with my coach Stephanie has helped me understand importance of adding right protein, fiber along with eating whole foods. I am feeling so much better and will continue the journey until I meet my goal which by the way I am very close. Everyone here is very friendly, professional and always willing to help and find ways to get you back on track. I highly recommend this program.
