I have been a patron of Austin Med Spa for years. Their services are superb and the owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Anita has performed PicoSure to treat my age spots, malasma, and to revitalize my skin. I always get compliments about my facial appearance.

I recently moved from New York City to Austin and was on the hunt for a new Med Spa that handled all things skincare. After a careful Google search I came across Austin Med Spa. The reviews were amazing and so I decided to give it a try. My sister (who came along to keep me company) and I arrived a few minutes before my 12:15 p.m. appointment. The moment you open the front door you can absolutely see the place is well kept and exceptionally clean. The waiting area has snacks and beverages for you to enjoy while you wait. I made an appointment with Suzette based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Suzette has been in skincare for almost 20 years and it shows. She is kind, detailed in going over what your expectations are and explaining what she thinks would work best. My sister came into the room with me and the three of us laughed and spoke about all things skincare. I was completely impressed by Suzette and feel lucky I have found a place I will be returning to for all my skincare needs. Baileigh at the front desk is incredibly welcoming. Her client service skills are amazing and everyone business should have staff as attentive with incredible attention to detail and caring as she is. Her knowledge of skin care products are next to none and at her recommendation I purchased an SPF face cream that I'm in love with. My sister was also impressed and will be making her appointment at Austin Med Spa soon. Thank you to Suzette and Baileigh for being amazing. I'll be seeing you again soon!
