I've recently become mildly obsessed with all-things anti-aging, whether it's radio-frequency for skin rejuvenation, or collagen supplementation. I was invited to attend an event at True L.I.O. by my sister a few months ago, and now don't know how I managed to tread through the anti-aging universe without them. Lionela is absolutely amazing, not only is she absolutely hilarious and personable, but she is chock-full of all sorts of knowledge, whether it's nutrition, the benefits of NAD, vitamins or dry brushing, she's able to speak intelligently on the subject. I began using NAD and taking several other recommendations from Lio and feel better than I have in quite a while. Lio's staff are also lovely, especially Emely and Mari Carla; it's a joy to visit them each time and I often find myself staying longer than intended because I enjoy them so. I HIGHLY recommend this business and plan to remain a loyal customer.

From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by all the lovely ladies who work there—they are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. A special shoutout to Lionella, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything in such detail and really took the time to help me understand why I carry more fat in my upper body than my lower body.
