I’ve had a great experience with Opt Health over the past year. As someone who rarely goes to the doctor, I’ve found real value in getting comprehensive blood panels, personalized supplement recommendations, and ongoing lifestyle guidance. Even though I don’t need hormone therapy at this point, the regular check-ins with Dr. Anna have been extremely helpful. Also, my client liaison Denise has always been a pleasure to work with, it’s like talking to a friend. She makes the process easy and approachable.

She responds at a quick manner and has all your personal needs handled immediately Dr Arenas is by far 100% more knowledgeable than any Doctor, I’ve had to deal with in my 51 years of life. So far our experience with OPT health has been great! Our rep Troy has been very good and super communicative with any of our needs or questions! Our doctors have been very helpful as well and very educated with our needs! We’ve been using them for about 4 months now and haven’t had any complications or problems!
