Dr. Adam really listens and cares about the needs and experiences of his patients...or at least that is what I experienced. He made me feel comfortable talking about my personal health issues I would normally not be just ready to get into with most doctors and he provided the support I needed. When my regular doctors were not listening to my symptoms and blowing me off as just "normal" or being a woman getting older, Dr. Adam took the time to explain what was really happening and explore the options for balancing solutions. I feel great now and recommend him to my family and friends.

I am a new patient of Dr Adam's. Previously, I saw a woman for my bio-identical hormone replacement. I was a little apprehensive about seeing a male physician. After my first visit, that concern was gone. Dr. Adam is so professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He is very well versed in the field and aware of the latest research. Dr. Chavez has helped me lose 80 pounds and gain 14 pounds of lean muscle. He also helped me drop my BMI from 43 to 30 and my body fat percentage down to 17.5. His knowledge of peptides/GLP-1s and hormone replacement is second to none. Lastly, through his thorough blood tests, he discovered that I have the MTHFR Gene Mutation.
