fantastic local gym with great setup and the right type of ammenities such as cold plunge and sauna, gym equipment is top notch and gym staff is super helpful and friendly. I believe they are under new management and I can definitely see they have picked up the pace for keeping everything going strong. Highly recommended.

The infrared light bed is a unique touch that leaves me feeling relaxed and recharged, and the cryotherapy sessions have seriously improved my recovery time and energy levels.
