I recently had my blood drawn at Weill Cornell Endocrinology and was assisted by Ms. Lissette Valarezo, PCT. From the moment she called me in, Ms. Valarezo was professional, pleasant, and had a calm demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I observed that she followed proper hygiene protocols by washing her hands and putting on gloves before preparing her equipment. That level of attention to detail is essential—and appreciated. I've had challenges with other phlebotomists in the past. There are many factors that contribute to difficult blood draws, but I believe it's critical not to forget the basics: if you can't feel or see a vein, don't guess. It usually doesn’t work. Ms. Valarezo took the time to listen to my input about where previous successful blood draws had been done. I know I'm not an easy stick, but her patience, professionalism, and skill made all the difference. She performed three separate blood draws—pre-dose and post-dose, 30 minutes apart—and each one was smooth, painless, and successful. I didn't even feel the needle. A sincere shout-out and thank you to Ms. Lissette Valarezo for her outstanding work. Your professionalism and care truly stood out, and I’m grateful.

The receptionist who answered the phone after a long wait wasted my time may be involved in fraud/deception. The nasty receptionist refused to have any transparency and refused to tell me if they do tests for Testosterone, DHT, and Estrogen. It appears I am far from the only who had this issue. This office must be shut down immediately. The receptionist also trolled me and wore out my jaw by asking me a clinical question which was what my diagnosis was, and then said she was not a doctor and not clinical. This practice exists picks its targets in a vile manner, baiting sick people into calling in so they can be trolled and harassed.
