Burgess is amazing! Ive struggled so much with my menstrual cycle for a long time. Every month starting at ovulation until after my cycle ended I would experience weight gain, bloating, and such severe ovulation and menstrual pain to the point where I wasn’t even able to function. Every other doctor had given me two “solutions” either get on birth control or just take Motrin every 4-6 hours. Burgess was the first to actually delve deep into my health to see why I was experiencing such drastic symptoms. She ordered me extensive detailed hormonal testing (turns out my hormones were entirely out of whack) and with those results she came up with a very strategic healthy diet for me to start as well as good quality supplements to start taking. With her guidance and knowledge she helped me level out my hormones and I no longer have excruciating menstrual cycles. I am truly grateful for Burgess!
